Oh, I did it. I made lantiyas for the very first time. The verdict? The cake was good, but too firm. The custard was a bit on the sweet side. It needed more cinnamon. Next time, I’ll use evaporated milk instead of condensed milk. Or, maybe I’ll use heavy cream instead. I’m not posting a recipe until I’m happy with the results. Until then, everyone will just have to keep eating my samples.
